Question Aorus 2070 xtreme 8G Fan Problem

one of my display card's fan colour went error
when i set to blue to it will be green
when i set to pink to it will red
when i set to purple to it will be yellow

i already tried to reinstall NVIDIA Driver, aorus engine and rgb fusion
but it didn't help

Spec: Corsair CX750M CX Series 750 Watt 80 PLUS Bronze Certified Modular ATX
X570 master Aorus
Ryzen 7 3700x
if there are any way that i can fix it, please let me know. thx

Have you contacted Gigabyte as well as the seller of the card about the issue? It's highly probable that the card might be faulty. Did the issue crop up recently or was this there from the get go?

i sent the question to esupport.gigabyte at 20/7 but it didn't reply me yet
i bought this card ~ two months ago, it works fine.
it just happen at last week. i'm not sure is that happen right after i update window.
im using Window 10
