Question Aorus 280mm AIO cooler

i've Aorus 280mm AIO cooler for nearly one year the cooler was impressing me at the begining cause my TEMPS in idle was 32 and while i was playing League of legends the temprture incresed to 54 maximum

my cpu temprture in idle is 42 and 41 most time , i've replaced the thremal paste lately so the temps decreased to 37 and when i open League of Legneds the temps are around 68
is that temprture is good or i've to do some other thing ?

yea i do but there is some fins in the radiator has bended and i try to stright it agian
hopfully i have correct more than 80% but i've to ask !
is that the proplem that cause the increasing of temprture ?
