Question Aorus b450 elite and g.skill F4-3200C16D-16GTZRX

Hello,

im buying a new pc this week and im thinking to get Aorus B450 elite with G.SKILL 2x8gb 3200mhz(F4-3200C16D-16GTZRX) or (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR) , i didn't find the RAM module on QVL of the motherboard and also i didn't find the mobo on QVL list of the RAM, is this something i should be concered about?
because i searched about this problem and some people said it will be ok and nothing will happen

also about the motherboard is there a better one than aorus b450 elite? ( i care about looks )
