Is it normal that when I turn on the PC some LEDs turn on and then turn off? The computer is running perfectly
Which LED's? Some cycle through along with the system parts being tested/initialized during POST. At the end of which it's ideal that all are off (except maybe one status or "ON" LED) since all the parts of the system passed.
BTW, the manual that came with the motherboard is an invaluable resource for these and many other tidbits of information.
That's how it should work and sounds normal. The quick check is called POST, for Power On Self Test.Hi!
The red LEDs light up: VGA, CPU, DRAM, BOOT. And then they turn off.
I suspect that it does a quick check when it turns on.
