Motherboard: Aorus b5500 master

Hiya, I am new here, Needing advice regarding my motherboard.
Building a new PC,
I have followed all instructions to Flash the BIOS
View: https://youtu.be/FSInRBQELqI

following these instructions, it says the PC should turn off when it's finished the BIOS; however, mine doesn't, and the fans are still spinning.
Initially, I was getting code D2, and I sourced some info that I should unplug the graphics card, so I did,
and I was getting the same code after trying another flash.
So I removed the ddr4. (not sure if this is the reason) and now Im getting a solid code 10, or could it be 1D?

I've searched Google, but it only brings up issues with "Windows 10" I haven't even got that far; just trying to install the BIOS.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You should still be able to have one stick of ram in slot A2. As for your motherboard, you might want to try and clear the CMOS on the motherboard. Disconnect from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery, press and hold down power button for 30 seconds to drain the power, then replace the battery after 30 mins.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

What BIOS version are you trying to flash the motherboard with?
