Question Aorus B560 pro rev 1.0 how to use legacy boot?

Im just build new PC but my old PC installed win10 on HDD (legacy) now B560 cannot boot win on HDD, i try to change CSM support to Enable and choose Legacy then Save & Exit but it still Disable after restart and cannot choose legacy boot?? Do i need use other computer make new window 10 installer on usb then install lastest win10 on SSD? Sorry my bad English. Thank you.

Not sure why legacy setting doesn't stick but yeah you need a working pc to create usb installer using windows media creation tool. Can you return the hdd to old system for that purpose?

You'll want to reinstall windows anyway, changing motherboards with same windows install doesn't work well.
