[SOLVED] Aorus Elite spontaneous shutdowns

Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite motherboard with Ryzen 3400G cpu. Random spontaneous shutdown. How do I fix this? Gigabyte tech support has not provided any satisfactory response.
