Question Aorus Engine and RGB Fusion don't detect my Aorus Waterforce x240 ?

I just purchased Aorus Waterforce x 240 and installed in the following rig:

Motherboard: ROG Strix B760f
CPU: i5 12400f
RAM: XPG Lancer DDR5 5200 Mhz
GPU: Aorus Rx580 8Gb
PSU: Antec Earthwatts gold pro 750w
Case: Antec Nx600
Monitor: Aorus F27Q

I have latest bios version, RGB Fusion and Aorus Engine, also I have tried reinstalling the aio but both softwares can't detect my aio thus I can't control the LCD screen .. LCD screen only shows "cpu model name 3.8Ghz" doesn't detect my cpu I have attached the micro usb cable to usb 2.0 header as mentioned in guide but still didn't work.

Please help me with this issue

The lighting should be good to go by default as soon as you boot up for the first time after installing. Did you attached all the aRGB's end?
