Aorus H370 dont boot with vga

Hi,

I build up a new computer and it boot when i dont plug my graphics card but when i plug it nothing happen ...

The motherboard had 4 light for cpu, ram, vga, boot when the light open something dont work on these and the light open with the vga so I'm sure its this

you have to plug monitor cable into graphics card.
