Hi, I'm having trouble with my PC. I didn't set it up, but I've had it for two years now. Today when I turned it on it froze, I rebooted it and it worked. But after a while it froze and I couldn't get back in, it froze even on the loading screen so I decided to reinstall Windows from the bios. When I wanted to restore the disk the PC froze for a very long time and decided to restart it. It's a very bad idea because when I wanted to re-install Windows, it would freeze after I left the bios. I rebooted it again and started the problem of the beep, it's 5 long beeps and it reboots, it takes a while to finish turning on all the lights.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

When I wanted to restore the disk the PC froze for a very long time and decided to restart it.
If you disconnected all physical drives except for the one you wished to install the OS onto, then later were adding drives to the motherboard after the OS install was finalized and you're seeing the system act sluggishly, it's possible that one of your drives is on it's way out.
