Aorus x470 ultra gaming wont boot

Gpu gtx 1070 ti
Win 10 pro

Hey guys, i have a problem. Pc wont boot, no video signal and boot sequence leds cycle between cpu and dram. Pc was working fine just a minute ago but after reboot not even a video signal. I did try clear cmos, remove the battery and wait a bit, yet still no luck. Ram is on supported list.

Probably should take the board out of the case and put it on an insulated surface for bread-boarding. Connect just the CPU/cooler, RAM, gfx card, PSU, monitor. (how are you connecting the monitor?)
Start by momentarily shorting the 2 pins that the case's power button would connect to. See if you get a display.
Next add the KB and see if you can enter BIOS.

What is the make/model of your PSU?

Monitor is connected via hdmi, and psu is corsair rm650x. Everything was working fine for a month or so and now this...

Did you do the bread-boarding as I described above? If so, what were the results?

I had exactly the same problem a month ago, my motherboard was sent to gigabyte for analysis, I got it back yesterday with a repair report... but I have no idea what they repaired

Have you verified that the PSU is good? All voltages at +/- 5% tolerance?
