Good evening,
I have just assembled a new build using below specs:
  • Gigabyte Aorus X670E Master
  • Ryzen 7700x
  • Corsair Vengeance DDR5 32GB 6000MHz -- CMK32GX5M2B6000C36
  • Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2TB
  • No GPU yet. Still waiting for RTX 4080.
  • BIOS Version : F6 -- later updated to F7

Problem:
After OS installation, I can't boot into BIOS anymore. Normal boot into OS works just fine.
Steps that I have tried:
  • Press [DELETE] or [F2] during POST sequence
Gets stuck in code 42, and it's not listed in manual book.
LED indicator for [BOOT] lights up.
  • From inside Windows, go to Settings -> Recovery -> Advanced Startup -> Boot into UEFI.

Gets stuck in code A6 - [Detect and Install All Currently Installed SCSI Devices].
LED indicator for [BOOT] lights up.

Both steps have been tried with both firmware F6 - F7, and yet the problem persists.
Anyone having the same symptom or any suggestion to check?
