Anyone can help me with this ? BIOS Code: A0 / C0, it boots normal / everything good.

Look at the beginning of the video.

Also bios resets everytime I enter it.

Not sure what to look for in that video other than it takes long time for all the led lights to turn on.
I have a Z270 Gaming 5. After normal boot the debug display shows either A0 or 04, so I don't think that's your problem.

Yes, No problem with LED lights at all, my concern is from the beginning to 0:10, after I pressed the power , it will on, will off by a second and will turn on again.

Mine used to do the same. It was a faulty ram stick responsible for that. Try run memtest86.

It passed memtest, no error found. and i've updated it to latest bios. It still happens. I think it's ( avr / psu or surge protector ) , one of them could be the culprit.
