Aorus Z390 Pro WIFI: setup USB 3.0, AIO and RGB fans, RGB strips

Hi all, I'm buying this config:

CPU: INTEL CORE I5-9600K
MoBo: Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI
CASE: Phanteks Eclipse P400 Tempered Glass
AIO: DeepCool Castle 280 RGB
FANS: CF120 DeepCool

I've 3 questions about mobo connections.

1. USB 3.0
The case has 2 USB 3.0 input, but the mobo has only 1 port (F_USB30).
Can I split it in 2 out?
Can I use the F_USB30C port someway? (any adapter or something?)
Or do i just have to use one USB 2.0 with an adapter? (which one?)

2. AIO and RGB fans
I have the DeepCool Castle 280 RGB AIO and 3 DeepCool CF120 RGB Addressable 120mm fans.
I'm gonna place radiator+2fans on the front, the other 3 RGB fans should be placed on back (1) and top (2)
Point is I want to control everything by mobo sw, no manual controller. i mean power, sens, rgb by aorus sw, including RGB (via fusion).
And I'm a bit in panic, it's my very first build (super-nooooob) and i really have no idea about which port should I use.
I mean about the power of pump, pump fans, the other fans and all the addressable RGB shits possible.
Any idea about the connections?

3. RGB strips
The case has 2 RGB LED strips available. Not mandatory, but if possible, why dont use they too?
How to connect they? Does it change something about AIO/FANS connections?

TY all for patience and help!
