APC Back-UPS Pro 650 & 430 Watt PSU?

Just checking all, but it is OK to use an APC Back-UPS Pro 650 that's rated at 410 watts with a computer that'll have a 430 watt power supply? Is there any problem with this (such as not enough power getting to the computer plugged into the backup, either during a power outage or normally)? Thanks a lot!

It will work fine. UPS's tend to be realistically rated, while computer PSU wattage ratings can be hopeful, if not entirely fanciful. The upshot being the computer is highly unlikely to be drawing more than 410W.

However, if the monitor (assuming the machine has one) draws its current via the computer's PSU (and hence the UPS) then the UPS is definately under-rated.
