Question APC BR1500G Back-UPS Pro re-assembly problem ?

Does anyone know how to re-install the case on a BR1500G? I had to take it apart to remove the battery which was swollen. Now I can't figure out how to put the case back together. The transformer is blocking the case from closing. I replaced the battery with a new APC battery and it works fine except the case doesn't close right. There is a video on how to tear apart a 1000VA APC but not this 1500VA.

If you've followed through the steps in this guide, in forward and reverse for removing and replacing the battery, respectively, then the case should close as it once was.

That video shows how to replace the battery. I had to take the entire case off just to remove the battery. It's almost like a tear down. I removed all the screws holding the case together. Once I was able to get the old battery out I can't figure out how to put the entire case back together. APC won't provide any assistance nor does any PC repair know anything about APC UPS. The front panel won't snap in unless the case closes properly.
