Hi,
I am planning to buy the APC BX600C-IN 600 VA UPS ( https://www.amazon.in/APC-BX600C-600VA-230V-Back/dp/B016XVRKZM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1526898784&sr=8-2 ) for my PS4 Slim.
My requirement
I just want the PS4, not even the TV, only the PS4 to run for 5 minutes in the event of a blackout (very frequent here) so that I can shut it down safely.
My questions
1. Can the UPS in question do that?
2. There are mixed reviews for it working on a "PS4," but no mentions of version and am guessing most of them are the OG PS4. I am talking about a PS4 Slim which on Sony's website has a consumption of 165W, but irl, it reaches a max of 90W. So, is it safe to go with given my requirements?
3. Since it seems to work for most of them, why do people say PS4s need a Pure sinewave UPS. Should I just disregard that?
