This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x1B1B40)
Bugcheck code: 0x1 (0x77811CBC, 0x0, 0xFFFF, 0xFFFFEB0B3CD41B80)
Error: APC_INDEX_MISMATCH
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that there has been a mismatch in the APC state index.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Solution
A software/driver related issue, I'd say. Since not aware of the drivers/software you're using... hard to say. Try reinstalling Windows, only the needed drivers and testing.
