Apevia vs Bitfenix 200mm green led fan

I was wondering whether to get an apevia or a bitfenix 200mm fan for my new build, they are the only green led fans that come in the 200mm size so my choices are limited. I want a fan that will provide sufficient green lighting to my case and that will cool quietly and effectively

also, there apear to be three bitfenix fans on newegg, which one is superior?

yeah, I want a green led fan, my case already came with two blue led fans but I wanted a green build, hence the green led fans. have you ever considered replacing the led's on a fan? considering the relatively crappy green ones I've found so far i'm wondering if its a better option? also out of the few green 200mm's there are which ones do you suggest?
