So my Apex Legends crashes a couple of times a day because of memory issues and I can't find any solutions for it.

Here are the errors that pop up when it happens.

---------------------------
Apex Crash - Out of Memory
---------------------------
Apex crashed because it ran out of memory.

The most common causes of this are:

• "Texture Streaming Budget" is too high in your video settings. Lowering this can help.

• All other programs plus Apex combine to use too much memory. Quitting other programs can help.

• Your Windows page file is set too small. Increasing the page file size can help. (The page file lets Windows move less important memory to disk until it's needed again.)

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
• Apex was using 2.8 GB of physical memory.
• Apex was using 5.0 GB of virtual memory.
• Apex failed to allocate 16.0 MB of memory.

• Your PC has 16.0 GB of memory physically installed.
• Your PC has 128.0 TB of virtual memory (with the page file).

and

The instruction at 0x000001D741268C81 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000018. The memory could not be written.

Nothing else was open other than apex and steam in the background.
I have tried lowering the Texture Streaming Budget and it didn't help. I have also changed the Windows page file also didn't help.

I have done some test using OCCT, MemTest and Windows Memory Diagnostic all showed 0 errors.

No, I have set it manually.

Page filling size for drives is set like this:
Drive C - Page file size is 2048-2048 MB
Drive D - Page file size is 2048-2048 MB

Total paging file size for all drives
Min allowed: 16 MB
Recommended: 2934 MB
Currently allocated: 4096 MB
