[SOLVED] App download failure

When I install certain apps, I get the error "-2146959355". Searched it up, no results. Keep in mind I resetted my device completely

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

What are those "certain apps" and where are you getting them from?

And also remember that resets return a system to its' default values which, in turn, can make other things stop working as before or even completely stop working altogether.

alright its a 'lenovo miix 2 8' with an intel atom processor and windows 8.1
i attempted to update to win 10 to fix problems, but the screen now shows the lockscreen as distorted and it blinks continuously. i will send the photo soon
edit: win 10 is starting to work for my windows tablet now. i downloaded the app from chrome also

Slow down.

Let Windows 10 "settle in" and get caught up on any pending updates etc..

Also take a closer look at the Lenovo tablet's hardware specs and what hardware specs are required to run Windows 10.

Are you certain that you have installed the applicable Razor Cortex for Windows 10?

So it's a tablet -- right?

Atom processor (and whatever GPU it has) may not be sufficient to run that game booster app.

found out the problem, some drivers and files were missing. took a while to upgrade, but it worked
