Question App for creating bootable sd card for android

Is there any app for android that let me create a bootable sd card to install windows using a card reader?

Find a friend where to make proper USB flash drive with Windows installation.

You may try downloading Windows ISO onto your phone, then find app like Rufus to make inserted SD card with that image, but that woiuld be a long shot.

Also card readers are not guaranteed to be bootable,if you are not sure about your system you should stick with USB.
