Apparently, I don't need a key for Win. 10 but it lasts 30 days according to some sources? Help?

It says I don't need a key and it is able to use only with the cosmetic disabilities, but, on other places it claims it only lasts 30 days. Is there any way someone can clear this up for me?

Quite correct.
You can install without a product key and will be notified as such for 30 days.

That is pretty good, all it adds is the watermark on the desktop, a reminder in settings and slightly restricts your ability to personalize the wallpaper.

I wonder if updates work.

win 10, the only free os that doesn't advertise that fact. You can still change desktop wallpaper, just not via the settings menu. Not a great loss really.

So, the watermark appears after thirty days or the PC doesn't work after 30 days?

the watermark appears after 30 days, it also reminds you in settings, but apart from that its a normal copy of windows 10. Small restriction on changing wallpaper as well.
