Question Apparently i have dead pixels on my benq xl2411

Benq has a policy of 5 dead pixels warranty. How to count the pixels. Also if this is a dead pixel. Tried the rapid flashing technique with various programs. They dont work

I would advise you contacting BenQ if you still have warranty and invoice of the purchase.

Dead pixels or stuck pixels? Dead pixels can't be fixed by flashing or rubbing the pixel, but stuck pixels can. A dead pixel is black aka not working while a stuck pixel is stuck on a color. http://www.jscreenfix.com/ try using this to see if it's a stuck or a dead pixel and go from there.
