Apparently I have Ubuntu installed, but where?

It wasn't that long ago I booted up my computer and instead of loading into Windows 10 like normal, it gave me the option to boot into Ubuntu. In fact if I don't manually switch down to Win 10 every time I boot-- it loads Ubuntu, which gets very annoying. I never installed it, I don't want it.

It's possible a family member did and never told me, but that's very doubtful. They know next to nothing with pc's. I have no idea how it could have gotten there. (Do I maybe even have some sort of weird virus?) My problem however is having no idea where it is on my computer. When I look at disk management and try to see the partition it belongs to I can't seem to find out, but if anyone could help me troubleshoot and get rid of it that'd be awesome.

TLDR: Ubuntu is randomly on my PC from I don't know where. I don't know how to identify it and remove it from my hard drive. Please help!
