Windows 7 SP1, NVCPL.DLL is associated with Nvidia graphics chips.

First recommendation would be to get the latest NVidia drivers.

Then double check the temperatures of the graphics card or chipset.

Also a common symptom of main memory issues.

Thank you so much. I shall do a clean install of the driver now. Appreciate your help.

Update: I completed the fresh install of my nVidia drivers but went back to the one I was using before I updated it. I did not have any issues with that one and figured the newer driver just might be the problem.
