Hello, I have same problem and I cannot get help online, Internet stopped to work, it's problem.Now I use my laptop. I have exactly same problem. Error occured right after I down loaded iTunes and quick time for the installation of an iPad. I have tried a Trojan remover and updating all the available window updates. Nothing has worked
