Question Appearing few lines at the bottom of the screen

For 2 - 3 days, I have been facing an issue appearing a few lines at the bottom of the screen. But the strange thing is that it is not permanently showing. If I restart my laptop then it will disappear. Can anybody help me to get some ideas about this? Following are some details and I also attached some images with this post,
I am using a Lenovo legion 5i laptop.
Using a second monitor which has 1024*768 resolution and it is very old using HDMI.
Windows Taskbar is hidden.
All the drivers are up to date only update left is BIOS. The current version is EFCN54WW.

I had the same problem on my TV for a couple of weeks. Then it went out. It's definitely a hardware problem. It's time to start saving for a new laptop or at least a new monitor.

It is the laptop screen.
