Apple iphone 4s screen repair

So I just cracked the screen on my 4s, and I have an old 4(non-s) and I was hoping that I could transfer the screen to my 4s (A face transplant, if you will)

Any help is appreciated.

While the connectors are the same and the screen will work, its a different layout and won't fit right
