Knowing Mac markup, I'm gonna guess $600 gets you a shiny box with a 1030 in it.

Sapphire's graphics card is currently $250 on Newegg (though it's sold out right now; perhaps because Apple bought a bunch for these kits?)

I'm not sure if Tom's Hardware has noticed yet, but ALL RX 580, 570, 480 and 470 cards are sold out at Newegg.

And it's not just at Newegg. Practically all major online retailers are sold out. Apparently, cryptocurrency miners found that AMD's cards are great at mining some up-and-coming currencies, so they bought them all. Even used RX 470s are all priced upward of $300 on eBay.

Of course, Tom's hasn't reported on this at all. >_>

I noticed that about Tom's. I have been shopping around for about a month for an RX-580 and observed that shortage. Most of the popular review sites have had articles about this shortage but not Tom's.
I did manage to pick up a Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX580 3 days ago from Newegg.ca.
I had all the 580s on "auto notify" on all the major sites. 10 minutes after I bought it, it was sold out.
