[citation][nom]The Stealthinator[/nom]Why would Apple not release this update for the iPhone 5??[/citation]

Maybe because the iPhone 5 didn't have this issue with 3G connectivity?? I expect a reader of this website to knows these things...

[citation][nom]ankit0x1[/nom]wish I had bought 4s if I were not broke , apple really updates their devices regularly that adds lots of features /s[/citation]

Apparently, some good, some bad.

WTH does this mean "Apple dished out the 6.1.1 patch to developers last week and is now making it an OTA update for iPhone 4S owners not"

Does anyone do editing there? Or even use software that would detect sub-literacy? About the only site that makes this many mistakes is done by Russians, who at least have an excuse for their awkward use of English (but not their other, more technical mistakes).

Lol, I have more important things, like how to use my fully working S3 to it's fullest potential.

So true that just caught up with gingerbread. That quite good really considering.

I'm actually sort of impressed. Apple pushing broken updates/products is hardly news, but for once they fixed it instead of blaming their users.

As with all Tom's news articles the reporting(err... copying/plagiarism) and proofreading is sub-par, but it gives a unique sense of irony here, releasing something broken. Ignoring your users cries to fix the problem. Blaming them. It actually works here in an article about apple. if you could convince yourself Toms's could be so clever

With ya there.
I'm impressed Apple finally fixed something instead of blaming someone else.
If they REALLY wanted to impress me, they would give every 4s user a $100 gift card as an apology for the inconvenience they caused or at least give their underage factory employees, former factory employees receiving cancer treatment from chemicals used in making of the phones, or remaining family members of employees killed by cancer or suicide from the insane work hours at substandard wages. *cough*foxconn*cough*
