I don't forsee a huge demand for this, unless the pricing is on the cheap side. But, since this is Apple: premium pricing is part of their marketing. After all, if you're paying more, it *has* to be better, right?
I will be quite happy to see this fail miserably. Of course, when you're dealing with Apple products, sensibility seems to go right out the window for most people so I won't be surprised if this is a resounding success.
