Thank God! I hate their store design, and all of the crappy little computer repair shops in my area keep trying to emulate it in one way or another. Hopefully this will fix things!

I would hate to be the person who has to read that 122 pages of bs...

"Our corners are rounded here, here, and here. And our genius's stand here, here, and here wearing our products as necklaces."

Store designs should not be patentable. This is ridiculous. They should be fined for trying to patent something so stupid and obvious. I think they just want to sue Microsoft. Apple and Microsoft stores look basically the same aside from logos and computers.

They don't need them. Just steal some ideas, give them a shine, patent them as something new and sue everyone else, including the people that came up with those ideas to begin with. Money-making.

One of the designs in there was to arrange rectangular shaped tables in a line.

School cafeterias and catering businesses beware, Apple will sue you for lining up your rectangle shaped tables with rounded corners.

"Nonetheless, the United States Patent & Trademark Office did grant the company a patent on its signature glass staircase."

Really? They patented a glass staircase?!

Thank god! Anyone that would allow Apple to patent or trademark things like glass windows in a retail store, square or rectangular objects with rounded edges, use of gorilla glass in a mobile device, needs to be taken outside, lined up against a brick wall, and shot until dead, then have another 20 rounds pumped in just to be safe right before being incinerated, then their offspring and immediate relatives be sterilized just so we don't risk that kind of stupidity walking back into the world.
