Apple trackpad wont track on small part?

Hi. I just received a macbook pro 13 inch, 2016, without touch bar. I bought it 3 months used, since I got a great deal on it.
Anyway, it is in perfect shape, except for the trackpad. Part of it wont track, like a small "strip".

As you can see, on that left side, small part wont track, and it's annoying as HELL. 🙁
Any ideas? Or just return it to the guy who sold it to me?
