This is VERY VERY VERY old news and A LIE.
Dutch court found some silly gallery stuff "infridge" ages ago, but Samsung fixed that a while ago and there were no "bans".

Samsung should refuse to licence any of it's essential mobile patents to apple anymore. This is idiotic. Any company that thinks it's wise to sue the company it depends on for parts and technology required to even make a phone should be slapped across the face.

Maybe I used the wrong acronym. I was referring to the Galaxy Nexus 2. I expected my sister to whip out her iphone, but to my surprise, she had switched to android. Her son also, an Apple fan, surprisingly wielding a blackberry. I think he had already had an ipod anyway, so he uses that for media.

There is no Galaxy Nexus 2 at least I haven't seen one released anywhere.

the only thing apple does is outsource all the production to china and mint money by selling overpriced substandard products and make more Americans poorer...
