[SOLVED] Application Blocked From Accessing Graphics Hardware

Specs:

Ryzen 5 1600
Asrock X370 Pro 4
EVGA GTX 980 FTW
Evo Potenza @2400 mhz 2x4gb
Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 550w

Before I even start a game and in the lobby screen, my monitor turns black, but there is still sound when I play in 1440p. In 1080p, the problem is gone. This happened ever since I updated my graphics driver. Before there was the same problem, but I only had to downclock my gpu. Now, it doesn't work.

Try DDU the previous Drivers and installing an older version of your current Drivers and see if the problem is gone.
