Question Application file changed to CDX ?

Hi, so I've been playing WWE 2k22 for quite a while now but today when i opened the folder the Application file was turned into CDX file.
Is that some malware or something?
And if not then how do i change it back to Application ?

Any help is appreciated

I didn't but I can see that my AV quarantined that file so I guess my AV locked it up.
And i pirated it.
