i'll just be playing a game, any game from the 50+ on my PC, and all of a sudden the game crashes and displays a error message, "DXGI_Error_Device_Removed" and a pop up in the corner of the screen comes up, saying "Application (whatever i was trying to play).exe has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware and the game either flat out dies which isn't the best in the middle of multiplayer games, any games for that matter....
or for example what happens in valley benchmark is it freezes, then goes from the normal good frames to like, 3-4fps and GPU is idling and CPU is only at like, 30%

clean dust out of everything, make sure all plugs are in, then if that doesn't work update your drivers. Also do NOT ever open your computer to work on it while on carpet, do it on wood or something so there's no static

I would dust it out but its not hitting any high temps, the CPU which is hottest part wont go above 60 and GPU barely scratches 50 under full load

Does that make a difference or am i being a noob?

Oh heaven i know what, i have a whole cleaning kit, i get right in there and get every spec of the stuff when i do it xD
In fact it's in a completely non-carpet area, its on a wooden floor that itself is pretty cold (UK weather and all) so the climate is on point for them low temps.

I feel stupid, I should of posted this a while back but erm.... it was just my GPU had decided the voltage it had been given the last year was too much all of a sudden when put to max so took the voltage down and all good. weird o.0

anyone else with this problem just reset GPU to stock and if it still happens try CPU to stock speeds and all should be good.
