[SOLVED] Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics Card

Hey everyone, out of the blue my computer crashes whenever i try to play a game. I tried launching League of Legends and after the loading screen i got the error in the title.

I tried the following:

1. Reinstalling drivers
2. Updating drivers
3. Restoring system to a previous day
4. Run DISM and scannow on cmd
5. performed registry checks and also run CCleaner

nothing worked so far, there are various "fixes" on youtube and google but nothing worked. Please help. Thanks in advance.
