'Application has been blocked from accessing your graphics hardware' crash

When i play minecraft i get a message that pops up telling me the application has been blocked from accessing my graphics hardware. Why does this happen and how can i fix it? All my drivers are up to date and i have tried increasing tdr delay but it didn't work. This is not a problem with java as i occasionally have it with BF4.

It will be your firewall on the computer.
If windows 7 it will be MS security center.
