Application Removal during startup

I don't know if anyone has heard of this but every time I boot up my PC I get a screen that comes up telling me it wants to remove an application and it can't find a log file in C:\Windows\ST5UNST.000

Has anybody seen something like that before? I have no idea which program it is seeing all it says is Application Removal.

I have run some Malware scans and rootkit scans but to no avail. Anybody have any idea what it would be??

Try finding a copy of Visual Basic 5, install it and then uninstall it.

Did you happen to delete or remove any programs before this started? Sometimes manually deleting directories will cause errors like this instead of letting the uninstall program do it's thing.
