Application resolution bad

Hello,
I have the Lenovo G50 laptop with windows 10 home and i have the following problem:
My applications (like Steam, Zeron v/4) look blurry on my resolution,which is 1920/1080.My size of text ,apps and other items is 125% Recommended (from Display settings).When i change that to 100% it makes the text super small (like im watching it from really far away) but the text is not blurry at all.Is there a a way to fix that blurry-ness while keeping the size of my application the same (125%)?

P.S that blur is only for application/programs,everything else is fine.

Hey,i decided to try 1 last thing and it worked - http://windows10_dpi_blurry_fix.xpexplorer.com/ after the reboot all text is clear,its amazing.
