Application unable to start correctly "0xc00007b"

Trying to play Life is Strange from Steam, then this error " 0xc00007b" pops up...

I'm running Windows 10 64 bit. Didn't have this issue in my old Win 7 comp..
this is probably the most asked question, but any help is appreciated

Reinstall the game. That should fix it.

Ironically, tom's has a guide. Might want to follow that. However... I don't know what results you will get. Might want to try to reinstall steam itself as well.
