Application won't auto-load after reboot

It's a memory cleaner little program I set to start with Windows and it's not for some reason. I have to start the program every single restart.

Why is that? And I don't want to use the Task Manager because this program has options that have to be ticked on in order to work properly.

It's not an app from the store, it's a program called Memory Cleaner, and it has an option to load when Windows starts, it was working with Windows 7 Ultimate, now on Win10 Enterprise it's not loading after I reboot.

have you tried creating a shortcut to the program in the starup folder. that's what I've had to do for a couple of my apps since the upgrade

It's practically the same as creating a task for it, because I need this program to have certain boxes in the Options tab ticked and all this does is start up the program but without the boxes ticked.
