Question applications automatically close steam/logitech/origin

Hello guys,

my pc started to act weird recently

sometimes applications atomically close or get disabled on it own

for example i open origin application , steam close

i open a game on steam origin get closed or pubg lite launcher or logitech software

sometimes geforce experience i enable shadow play to save videos of my game play after few hours its atomically get disabled

and so on i dont know how to troubleshoot it and i dunno what might the problem i never faced it before

please help me through this
i7 8700k
rtx 2080
16 gb ram

Note : windows doesn't show any error or messages apps close like i end it from task manager
