Applications disconnect ?

Hi

I built my new Mirco-ATX build and installed Windows 7. But I have a problem

Applications such as Chrome and Games disconnect ? I'm not sure how to explain it but I have to click the application window in order to be able to use my keyboard in it.

For example , when I'm writing this thread, I had to click the window at times to be able to use the keyboard.

same goes for games. When I'm playing , it suddenly lags for a second , and I have to click the game window again and then press " Esc " because the pause menu opens up.

I thought it was because I overclocked my HD 7770 a little so there were some minor problems , but When I revert it back to the original clock speeds , the problem still continues.

and Sometimes , I also disconnect from the internet. the connection strength is not too bad, 3 bars , but I just disconnect at times. I can connect back again , but its also very troublesome. Maybe it is because my router is a little far from my PC.
