Applications Launching in 32-bit after installing TP Link T6e Archer Wifi Card

I just installed the TP Link T6e 1300 WiFi adapter card and everything was ok until I noticed that all my applications are launching in 32-bit instead of 64-bit. Some programs won't open, but are "running" according to task manager in 32-bit. Is there anyway I can troubleshoot this?

like what apps? lot of apps still run at 32bit.

It was just some fluke apparently, where my programs wouldn't launch, but I restarted to fix the problem. Thanks though.
