Question Applications randomly crashing

Random apps like google, discord, etc have been crashing ever since I put in a new hard drive just for more space. The apps will just randomly start crashing and random points. Everything is up-to-date.
Ryzen 7 3700x
RX 5700XT
16gb Ram
