Question applications randomly skipping back

I put this as a windows 10 problem because at any moment, with any application with a back button, It will go to the previous page until it reaches the page is opened on. Even trying to type this question is like working with a ticking time-bomb. I tried factory resetting my computer, trying to repair the update to see if an update for windows 10 ended up corrupted and even unplugged my keyboard but nothing's fixed it.

I've tried this and its still skipping even without anything auto starting.

Okay, update.
After two factory resets and a clean boot I am still having those issues. Does this mean that a windows 10 default app is causing the issues?
