[SOLVED] Applications stop responding one by one then start menu critical error

Hello, I have been having problems with my pc that all my applications suddenly stopped responding one by one even the background processes. My desktop then switches to windows default state and when i click on start menu it shows critical error and asks me to sign out. I have done a series of troubleshooting on my own which involves chkdsk /r, sfc /scannow and resetting my virtual memory pagesys file but the problem is still continuing. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Edit: when i try to sign back in, i receive a message that windows could not retrieve my profile so they have to sign into a temporary profile which i then have to fully shut down my pc in order to sign in properly. restarting my pc and signing in again only gives me the same temporary profile error

will edit if u any more system specifications is needed. my windows os is installed on my ssd but most of my files such as users documents pictures etc are stored on hdd drive

As of now 35.7GB free/111GB but it started happening when it was around 58.7GB free

Have you tried any of the other solutions in https://techloris.com/windows-10-critical-error/ ?

Though at this rate refreshing Windows might be the only option left. And if that isn't working, then it's possible the SSD isn't working too well.
